Over 25 years’ Financial Analytical Experience at Moody’s & Deutsche Bank: in-depth Sustainability Experience as COO of Moody’s ESG Solutions Ltd. (4 years), scaled an in-house start up from 3 to >1,000 employees, including 2 acquisitions, at Moody’s ESG Solutions Ltd.;
MD, Co-Head EMEA Bank Rating team from 2008-14; MD for EMEA CFG in 2006-7, and as bank and corporate analyst; as credit analyst at Deutsche Bank and assistant to Chief Economist.
Graduated with First Class Economics Degree from Technische Universitaet Berlin. Former Captain in the German Parachute Regiment.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Over 20 years of experience leading high-performing financial and ESG analytical teams, delivering exceptional service to clients across the US, Europe, and Asia.
Extensive sector knowledge gained from collaborating with a diverse array of corporate, infrastructure, public finance, and sustainable finance clients.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing data and analytical operations, optimising processes to ensure data quality, analytical rigour, and robust controls.
Expert in designing and implementing new operational models and organisational structures, including organisational buildouts, acquisition integration, performance measurement, and culture development.
MBA in Economics and Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Over 10 years data management and analytical product development leadership experience, e.g. as Head of Data and Analytics Services at T-REX Group from 2023 to 2024, and Managing Director - Analytical Tools and Solutions Group at Moody's Investors Service from 2020 to 2023.
Graduated with Financial Engineering/Applied Mathematics degree from Ecole Centrale Paris.
